Gandona Vineyards "Fraga do Arco" Gandonaのオーナーのマニュエル氏の故郷はポルトガル。そこで多く生産させれいるのはポルトワイン。生まれ育った母国、そして家族との思い出を大事にしたくハーフ・エーカーの広さにTouriga Nacionalの葡萄 を植え作っています。 農業に携わり村の人達から慕われていた彼のお爺様の影響がとても大きいといつも語って下さるマニュエル氏。トウリガ・ナショナルの葡萄は実に華やかで芳香。たっぷりとしたダークなフルーツ、ドライフルーツを思わせるワイン。お食事の後にゆっくりと味合うには最高な１品。生産量はとても少なく超限定ワインとなっています。 品種 100% Touriga Nacional （トウリガ・ナショナル） 地区 Prichard Hill 葡萄畑 Gandona Estate Vineyard Fraga do Arco is an extremely unique wine for the Napa Valley and one of particular significance to me. Produced with 100% Touriga Nacional, this wine is made down to the finest detail of the exact specifications of a “Vintage” port. The dream of producing a wine like we did on my grandfather’s quinta was one that has stuck with me since I was a child; Fraga do Arco is the realization of that bridge between my youth in Portugal and my current life as a vintner in California?this is my opportunity to share a piece of that dream with you.
