2014 Aloft Cabernet Sauvignon Aloftの6番目のヴィンテージとなる2014年。リッチでジューシなワインに仕上がっています。ブルーベリー、ブラックベリー、ボイセンベリー、ココアパウダー、紅茶の葉を思わせる芳香なワイン。口に含むとタバコの葉、濃いココア、ヒマラヤスギ、クローブ、新しく開いた葉巻箱を連想させます。程よく甘みのある糖蜜と食欲をそそる酸味が織り合い豪華で贅沢なタンニンを引き立てます。 程よい厚みがあるテクスチャーと長い余韻があるこのワインはセラーで何十年も美しく熟成するでしょう。 葡萄畑 Cold Springs Vineyard We are beyond excited to release our sixth vintage of Aloft. The 2014 displays vibrant notes of blueberry, blackberry, boysenberry, cocoa powder and black tea leaf. The wine is rich and complex with hints of tobacco leaf, dark cocoa, cedar and clove - reminiscent to a newly opened cigar box. A touch of sweet molasses combined with mouthwatering acidity compliments the plush, opulent tannins. This full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon will surely age for decades to come.
