カリフォルニアワン倶楽部所有の隠れ家レストラン「利休」で、ワイン会をBBQと共に。
梅雨のじめじめ感を吹き飛ばすワインメーカー：ハイジバレットのPret a Boire Rose 2012ですっきりスタート。
ハイジさんは、KENZO ESTATEのワインメーカーも務めております。　残り少ないですが、在庫がございます。
Kistler/Kistler Vineyard Cuvee Cathleen CD 2014(私のセラーから）(ワインメーカー：ジェイソン　ケスナー） Kistlerファミリーから、Jason Kesnerにオーナーが変わったKistlerですが、さすがにワインメーカーであったケスナー氏が、引き継いだだけあって、キスラーの味をキープしています。　CDの中でも最高峰のCuvee Cathleenを味わいました。　時間と共にまろやかさ深みも増し、グレープフルーツ、桃の花の香り、申し分の無い味わいでした。

At Rikyu, a hideaway restaurant owned by the California One Club, we had a wine party with BBQ.
Wine maker blowing away the dampness of the rainy season: Heidi Barrett’s Pret a Boile Rose 2012 starts clean.
Heidi is also a wine maker for KENZO ESTATE.　There are few left, but there is stock.
Kistler/Kistler Vevyard Cuvee Catheen CD 2014 (from my cellar) (Wine maker: Jason Kesner) The owner of the Kistler family has changed to Jason Kesner, but the winemaker Kesner took over and kept the taste of Kistler.　I tasted Cubee Cathleen which is the best CD.　Over time, the mellowness depth also increased, and the smell of grapefruit and peach blossoms, it was a perfect taste.
